Privacy Policy

Last updated September 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Dentico AI ("Dentico," "we," "us") collects on dentico.ai, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website and the free demos of Nora and Sam.

What we collect

  • What you type into our forms. Your practice website and cell phone number when you build a test Nora, and your work email when you try Sam.

  • What you say in a demo. When you talk to Nora or Sam on video or by phone, the call is processed so the assistant can hear and answer you. Video demos use your camera and microphone only after your browser asks and you allow it.

  • Basic site data. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as your browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

  • To build your test Nora and text you the number to call.

  • To run the demo you asked for and keep demos fair for everyone.

  • To follow up with you about Dentico, including booking a demo call.

  • To keep the site secure and improve our assistants.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

Text messages

If you give us your cell phone number, we may text you about your test Nora and your Dentico demo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your number with third parties for their marketing.

Who helps us run the site

We use trusted service providers to host this website and to power the voice and video demos. They process information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Please don't share patient information

The demos on this site are for trying our assistants. Please don't share real patient names or health information during a demo. Office and lab customers sign a separate service agreement that covers how we handle their data.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, then delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Just email info@dentico.ai. Depending on where you live, your state's privacy law may give you more rights, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is for dental professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
