Terms of Use
Last updated September 28, 2026
These terms are between you and Dentico AI ("Dentico," "we," "us") and apply to your use of dentico.ai and the free demos on it. By using the site, you agree to them. Offices and labs that sign up for Dentico get a separate service agreement, and that agreement controls the paid service.
Nora and Sam are AI assistants
Nora and Sam are artificial intelligence, not people. They can make mistakes. Check anything important with a qualified person before you rely on it.
Not clinical advice
Sam answers general questions about dental lab work and dentistry for learning and reference. His answers are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or professional advice for any patient. Clinical decisions always belong to the treating doctor.
Using the demos
Demos are short and limited per visitor so everyone gets a turn.
Use your real name and contact details when you sign up for a test Nora.
Don't share real patient information during a demo.
Don't try to break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the site or the assistants.
Don't use the site for anything illegal or harmful.
We may change, limit or stop any demo at any time.
Our content
The site, its text, design and the Nora and Sam names and likenesses belong to Dentico. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Other sites and services
The site may link to or use other companies' services, such as a booking calendar. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site and demos are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dentico is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or the demos. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when we post it here with a new date.

Terms & Conditions - the basics
Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).
T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much much more.
